Orders made by ‪14:00 (GMT)‬ will be dispatched the same day. All deliveries are tracked and a signature will be required upon any package over £250

Royal Mail deliver on Saturdays in the UK.

FedEx does not deliver on a Saturday internationally

There will be no delivery on Sundays and Bank holidays. Bank holidays, both in UK and in the country of delivery, are not taken into account in the calculation of the delivery times. Therefore, if the delivery time includes one or more bank holidays, the delivery time will be extended by the same number of days. Delivery times start from the confirmation of your order.

All these delivery times are to be considered as estimates. We cannot guarantee these delivery times in the event of unforeseen events, such as natural disasters, strikes, social movements, or goods being held by customs.

We consider the goods to be delivered from the moment the parcel has been received by the client or from the submission of the delivery notice by the carrier.

Every Express delivery over £250 will require a signature upon receipt of your parcel. Without a signature, your parcel cannot be released if over £250. If you haven’t received your parcel within the above-mentioned delivery times, we recommend that you check the delivery status of your parcel using the tracking number which you will have received with your order shipping confirmation. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the UK based in Slough, Berkshire

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email indicating your parcel tracking number and a link to the carrier so that you can track the progress of your delivery

Please note if you live outside the EU, local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your destination - recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees and any other additional charges. Please note this is normally only for packages over £250.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, and to shop with peace of mind. All orders benefit from our 28 day returns policy.

To prepare a return, please follow the below steps along with our rules and regulations.

STEP 1: On the returns and exchanges form enclosed with every parcel, indicate the quantity and reason opposite the products you wish to return or exchange.

STEP 2: Enclose the returns form with the products in their original packaging and state.

STEP 3: Post the package back to our warehouse tracked and email us the tracking details .

The items must not have been worn and must have their original labels and packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Upon receipt of your parcel, we will arrange for the refund of the items. The time required for your bank account to be credited depends on your bank. It can generally take up to 10 working days

Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Collier Bristow.


Please return all items including the dust bag and box. When you try them on, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles of the shoe.


Please try these items on over your underwear and ensure all stickers and original labels are attached.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 28 days from the date you received it including a all shipping costs.
